2- Create a User Name and password (Includes Numbers, Symbols, Capital Letters

and Lower-Case Letters) that will be used to log into our secure online tool.

3- Enter a valid email address that will be used in the event you forget your user ID or password.

4- Set up 2 security questions which will be used in the event you forget your password.
